How do you handle returns and quality issues?
All returns are processed through our U.S. returns center in Boynton Beach, Florida, in line with our Return & Refund Policy. Returned items are inspected for quality before being restocked or disposed of. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How quickly do you process orders?
